I solved the issue, The AUX cable for speaker or headphone! Once I unplugged the speaker or headphone AUX cable and trying the game it working normally . I changed my graphic card from Quadro K5000 to GIGABYTE GTX 1060 6GB and still happened, Just by chance I removed the AUX cable and tried it...

I removed all HDDs from my PC and keep the SSD that I moved the game to, And the freezing still happened. And my power supply is 650W not 850W, Sorry for that :)
